In this guide, you'll learn how to retrieve logs of a Data API, which can then be used in many situations such as diagnosing an error or reconciling billing.
Extract logs for a specific Data API
Steps
1 - Navigate to the Data API
Open the Data API you wish to examine through the API Dashboard. You will see a selection of API-specific tabs under the name of the Data API.
Step 1: Navigate to the API
2 - Navigate to the Error Logs tab
Navigate to the Error Logs tab where you can choose to split the errors by category or contact our team with questions about your errors. You can also download the errors as a CSV for future reference.
